ABOUT THE PROGRAM
When companies
purchase Tigerpaw products, they receive implementation coordination, software
support, training and education as part of the Tigerpaw Customer Assurance support
package. Some organizations have requirements that go beyond the Tigerpaw Total
Care support package and are looking for expertise to assist with the
implementation and deployment of Tigerpaw.

implementation plan that delivers the expertise they need to maximize the
business value that their Tigerpaw investment can generate. Fast-Track
implementation packages speed the configuration and deployment of Tigerpaw based
on your industry's best practices and tailored to your organization's unique
needs. This allows you to achieve a faster ROI while optimizing business
processes to decrease costs and increase productivity. Using the Tigerpaw Fast
Track program, you can implement Tigerpaw into your everyday business around the
resources you have available, on an agreed timeline that meets the needs of your business.

THE FAST TRACK TEAM
The Fast Track implementation team is made up of the Tigerpaw
Professional Services team.
GETTING STARTED
The Tigerpaw Fast Track is composed of 6-phases that incorporate a full
analysis of your processes, project plans, guided product training and
implementation. The Fast Track program is designed to help you set-up accounts,
migrate your data, implement your service, contracts and payments, and set-up
all accounting data. The entire Fast Track program is designed around your
schedule, so the pace of implementation depends on your commitment and available
resources so that you achieve your goals in a short period of time.
HOW IT WORKS
The Fast-Track implementation is a cooperative, hands-on implementation,
jointly managed by the Tigerpaw Professional Services team and your team. The
Fast Track team sets up a call with you to determine and scope out an
implementation strategy based on key elements that are evident in all Tigerpaw
implementations, large or small.
The Fast Track program will guide you through the following steps to ensure
you a speedy implementation of Tigerpaw that meets your desired goals and
outcomes.
STEP: 1 Needs Analysis
A thorough need analysis is administered to determine what resources, timelines,
and outcomes you expect to achieve, revolving around the implementation of
Tigerpaw.
STEP 2 & 3: Preliminary Implementation Plan &
Kick-off Call
After assessing your needs and survey results, a Fast Track consultant will
conduct an online meeting with you to review and agree on the Project Charter and
Implementation Plan which outlines your goals, deliverables, scope, assumptions,
milestones and point of contacts within your organization. At this point, the
Tigerpaw consultant and your team will commit to the Project Charter and
deliverables to get started.
STEP 4: Product Installation & Fast Track
Deployment
The Fast Track implementation is divided into a 7-Fast Track (module) Sessions
that contain the following items:

Tigerpaw on-demand video training and business education (best practices) that
supports the information found in each session. |

Follow-up online competency test to review what you learned and to ensure your
participating team members are prepared to get the most out of the meeting with
the Tigerpaw consultant. |

1-hour review and verification session is scheduled with the Tigerpaw consultant
to review your data and verify that it migrates into the correct fields, review
best practices associated to that session’s information, and prepare to import
your data into Tigerpaw. |

Supplemental worksheets and explanations will be provided to help you fully
understand how your data will migrate to Tigerpaw and how you will use that data
to better manage your business. |

Homework assignments to help you prepare your data for the next session. |
STEP 5: Cut-over & Go-live!
After the completion of all Fast Track Sessions, you will have an additional
consultation session with the Fast Track consultant to review any remaining
questions about your Tigerpaw implementation before going live.
STEP 6: Client Satisfaction Survey
Upon completion of the Fast Track program, you will be asked to complete a
Client Satisfaction Survey providing valuable feedback to Tigerpaw Fast Track
Team about your experience, and quality of instruction.
